• Tickets for shows and events can be purchased online through the Tickets section of our website. You can also call the Box Office at 229-439-7141.

• In-person tickets sales are available one hour before each show, as well as the week leading up to the performance.

Most shows run for two weekends, with performances on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM, and Sunday and 2:00 PM.

* Doors open 30 minutes before the performance starts.

Gravel parking is available next to the theatre and street parking is free. There is also additional parking at local businesses across the street on Pine. We recommend arriving early for the best parking spots.

There is no specific dress code at theatre Albany, though most guest prefer business casual attire. You’ll see a range of outfits, from casual wear to more formal attire.

*We recommend dressing in layers in case the theatre feels chilly or warm.

Theatre Albany is fully accessible, featuring a ramp for easy entry and handicapped seating. In addition the theatre is equipped with “The Loop” technology.

*please note if you are sitting in regular seating, there are stairs inside the theatre. If you need assistance please let an usher know.

• Concessions (water, soda, candy, popcorn, etc.) are available for purchase before the show and during intermission.

• Alcohol beverages are also available with the purchase of a season cup.

• Please arrive early. Late arrivals may be asked to wait in the lobby until a break in the performance, at which point you will be escorted to your seat.

• To minimize disruptions, please silent your devices and refrain from using them during the performance.

• If you need to use the restroom during the show, please use the back exit door. Restrooms are located down the hall in the lobby.
